Amount of Loan
You can avail a Home Improvement Loan from Rs.1,00,000-Rs. 50, 00,000-/ but not exceeding the 75% of the VALUE of property and not exceeding 80% of the cost of improvement for loan up to Rs. 20 lacs & not exceeding 75% of cost of improvement for loan more than Rs. 20 lacs. The actual loan amount is determined taking into account factors like:
- Repayment Capacity
- Stability and Continuity of Income
- Assets & Liabilities
- Business Profile
- Co-applicant's Income
- Guarantors
Loan Tenure & EMI
The tenure of your Home Loan ranges from 1 to 20 years. The term of loan however does not extend beyond 75 years age of customer. The size of EMI depends on:
- Quantum of loan
- Interest rate applicable
- Loan tenure
Special Payment Schemes
On the first disbursement security cover should be 1.5 times the loan amount.
